Can you be symptoms free from OAB or you have to life like this :(

Hi guys,I'm reading a lot about OAB...I was diagnosed in August that I have OAB (out of blue ) I had UTI just once in my life,I'm healthy 38 years old :( Have one kid ( c-section) Taking tolterodine 4 mg,almost a month,no help :( So, is there a cure,feeling better or we have to live with this ? I just can't beleive that this is happening to me :( I'm so depressed and sad ...More I read,more I know that there is no cure for this...
