Hello, I’m new to the forum. I’ve been dealing with OAB for around 15 years now. I mainly go to the bathroom at night and end up getting only around 3-4 hours of sleep everyday. I get up around 15-20 times to use the bathroom and have noticed the symptoms always get worse when I lay down. Is anyone else dealing with this and what have they used for it? I can’t wait till the day when I’m able to get a full nights sleep.
